Our Services
F.I.S.T. Recruiting may provide recruiting profile development, X profile guidance, film review and breakdown, school targeting, coach contact research, outreach assistance, follow-up guidance, recruiting organization, evaluations, reports, and related consulting services. Exact services depend on the package purchased and information supplied by the athlete or family.

Independent Service
F.I.S.T. Recruiting is an independent recruiting consulting and marketing service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any conference, school, college, university, athletic program, Hudl, or X unless expressly stated.
Accuracy and Family Responsibilities
Athletes and families are responsible for providing truthful, current, and authorized information. You are responsible for reviewing athlete profiles, statistics, academic information, measurements, film links, contact information, and other materials for accuracy before they are used in recruiting outreach. Families remain responsible for NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, school, admissions, amateurism, and eligibility requirements.
Minors and Authorization
A parent or legal guardian should purchase services for, submit information for, or authorize participation by a minor. By submitting information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to permit F.I.S.T. Recruiting to use it for the requested recruiting services.
Fees, Billing, and Renewals
Prices, billing frequency, package inclusions, promotional rates, renewal terms, and any cancellation terms presented at checkout form part of your agreement. Payments are processed through the secure third-party payment processor shown at checkout. F.I.S.T. Recruiting does not intend to collect payment-card numbers through the athlete registration form.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because recruiting services may involve immediate account setup, evaluation, research, profile work, film review, or outreach preparation, refund eligibility may depend on the package purchased, work already performed, and terms shown at checkout. Any specific cancellation or refund terms displayed during purchase control if they differ from this general statement.
Acceptable Use
You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse coach or school contact information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use F.I.S.T. Recruiting materials or services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity.
Intellectual Property
The F.I.S.T. Recruiting name, branding, original website content, graphics, processes, reports, and original materials are owned by or licensed to F.I.S.T. Recruiting unless otherwise stated. Third-party school, conference, platform, and governing-body names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
Recruiting may involve third-party websites and services. F.I.S.T. Recruiting is not responsible for third-party availability, policies, decisions, outages, security, or content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, F.I.S.T. Recruiting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from recruiting decisions, lost opportunities, third-party actions, platform outages, inaccurate information supplied by users, or outcomes outside our control.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
